Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program a Medicaid program that provides services and assistance to elderly individuals and people with disabilities to help them live in their own homes or communities, rather than in institutions like nursing homes. The program aims to improve the quality of life and promote independence for participants who meet specific eligibility requirements. 

DBHDD Waiver Program refers to programs offered through the Division of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) in Georgia, which serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental health conditions, and/or substance use disorders.

 The ICWP (Independent Care Waiver Program) is a Medicaid waiver program in Georgia designed to provide services and support to individuals with physical disabilities who require assistance to live independently in their community rather than in an institutional setting, such as a nursing home. The goal of the ICWP is to enhance the quality of life for participants by helping them maintain independence, reduce reliance on institutional care, and enable them to live in the least restrictive setting possible. 

Georgia Access and Personal Supports Program is a Medicaid waiver program in Georgia, designed to provide services for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who need assistance but do not require the level of care provided in an institutional setting like a nursing home or hospital.  

Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) Waiver Program is a Medicaid waiver in Georgia designed to provide support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities due to physical or cognitive disabilities. This program enables individuals to live in the community with the support of a designated caregiver, usually a family member, while receiving Medicaid-funded services that help them maintain their independence and avoid institutional care.
