Background checks for home care staff are necessary to ensure safety. Our home care staff are expected to be respectable, professional, and trustworthy. These national background checks are required by the state and to validate licensed healthcare professional.

 The start to a productive care-giving relationship begins with a comprehensive needs assessment. We use the assessment to decide how we will start in-home care and what specific requirements they have. The information learned at this stage is particularly useful for matching the correct level of care to the senior so that initial care is properly aligned. 

 "Meet and greet" allows a new clients to interact with the potential caregiver to get the feel for each other and the type of care that can be expected. This ensures longevity in care services and builds trust in the client/caregiver relationship.

Personalized care planning is a client-centered, whole-person approach to treatment planning. Personalized care plans improve client outcomes and are able to allow caregivers to have even more structure when servicing our members. It is important that families and healthcare staff participate in developing the proper care plan. 

Our team of  professionally trained nurses receive in-depth specialized training that is provided and mandated prior to servicing our members. Training for our staff includes: CPR/First Aid, TB Testing and Physical Examinations for employment.  

Our GPS Mobile App features makes staff management and Electronic Visit Verification for our agency by allowing caregivers to electronically clock in and out, automatically capturing the visit’s date, time, location, services rendered, and any other visit information.
